FAQ - Does MedCure Offer Spanish Versions of Their Forms?

The United States is a melting pot of different cultures and languages. And, it’s becoming more and more common for people to be fluent in two or more languages. But, even if someone is fluent in a second language, in a time of stress or grief, it can be a great comfort for them to be able to communicate in their native tongue.

MedCure now offers most of our documents in Spanish, including;

  • Informational brochure
  • Consent Forms (Authorization of Body Gift Form, Cremation Authorization and Death Certificate Vitals Worksheet)
  • Terms and Conditions
  • OAR Notice

These documents provide the same information as our English versions and can help educator donors and their families on the body donation process as well as completing the donor registration.

Our Spanish language documents are available in electronic form and can be requested by calling our 24/7 toll-free number 866-560-2525, or by emailing us at info@medcure.org. We also have Spanish speaking Donation Coordinators who can assist donors and families who prefer to speak with our staff in Spanish.
